2. Approval of the Minutes for the Regular HDC meeting held on January 18, 2014.
3. Andrew G. Arnouk to submit the proposal from Exin Solutions Inc. regarding the preparation and painting of the building at 379 Main Street to ensure the painting contractor is using the proper method for painting historic brick. The certificate number for the paint request is HDC 023-2014.
4. HDC 026-2014 for 1110 Montgomery Street, submitted by Lisa and Dave Everett requesting approval to replace the crumbled steps from the sidewalk on Montgomery Street, replace the steps at the front entrance of the house, add new walkways, add a pull-off along the side of the driveway near the back door, and add a patio in the back yard. The materials will be pavers and existing bricks from the existing walkways.
5. A tax credit request for 415 Main Street, submitted by Ruth A. Brunner for approved Certificate of Approval HDC 010-2014 for the replacement of wood windows with white vinyl windows. The tax credit requested amount is for $1,632.00, and proof of payment is $16,320.00.
6. A tax credit request for 211 10th Street, submitted by Katherine Broadhurst for staff approved Certificate of Approval HDC 019-2014 for the replacement of asphalt shingles on the roof "In Kind". The tax credit requested amount is for $523.60 and proof of payment is $5,236.00.
